Jimmy Simpson is one of the few places in the Southeast people can find full service care and compassion for their loved one living with permanent & severe traumatic brain injury.
My task with this non-profit was to balance the clinical element of their work with the community efforts on which they thrive. Within the first few weeks of transitioning into a stronger, bolder point of view while retaining the heartfelt tone, we saw analytics jump significantly.
Our Strategy for the end of 2024 through 2025 was to foster community through motivational posts and pictures of residents while we also promoted the upcoming Inaugural Disorders of Consciousness Conference, the first of its kind for Safehaven.
